Ingredients

  • ripe mango - 1 piece
  • ripe banana - 1 piece
  • coconut milk kokosowe z kartonu (do picia) lub rozcieńczone z puszki - 250 ml
  • lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • honey or maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • ice cubes - 6 pieces
  • desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoon
Main Ingredient: mango

Preparation

  1. Put the mango, banana, coconut milk, lime juice and honey into a blender jug.
  2. If you want a cold and thicker smoothie, add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more coconut milk or water. If it’s too thin, add a piece of banana or a few cubes of frozen mango.
  4. Taste and, if needed, sweeten with a little more honey.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and serve immediately.
